Who was Larry Bethea?
Larry Bethea was an American football defensive lineman who played six years in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys. He later played for the Michigan Panthers, Oakland Invaders and Houston Gamblers of the United States Football League. He played college football at Michigan State University.
He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound within hours of being identified as a suspect in two armed robberies.
