Who is Marita Sandig?
Marita Sandig is a German rower who won a gold medal in the eights at the 1980 Summer Olympics. She also won four gold and two silver medals at the world championships of 1977–1983, three of them with Silvia Fröhlich. She was married to Uwe Gasch, who is also a retired Olympics rower.
