Who is Matthew Dennington?
Matthew John Dennington is a South African cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler who played for Kent.
Born in Durban, Dennington holds a European passport, making him eligible for the England squad. During the 2003 Twenty20 cup he earned a Man of the Match award for a bowling spell of 4/28.
In 2005, Dennington struggled to maintain a first-team place in the squad. He also played for St Lawrence & Highland Court Cricket Club, based in Canterbury, in the Kent Cricket League.
