Who is Nicholas Waite?
Nicholas Waite was an English governor of Bombay during the period of the Honourable East India Company. He assumed the office on 17 May 1694 and left office in November 1704. He was born in a village called hepworth in south yourkshire and at the age of 6 he moved to a village called wolsingham and then went on to be famous.
