Who is Paul E. Kirincic?

Paul E. Kirincic is Executive Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at McKesson Corporation. In this position, Kirincic is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's human resources organization, which includes the McKesson workforce of more than 22,000 employees. Kirincic's extensive background includes 25 years in various human resources functions. Prior to joining McKesson in February 2001, he was with Pfizer Corporation where he served as Vice President, Human Resources in the Consumer Health Division. In that role, Kirincic led a change management process to create a new division governance model and executive team model. Kirincic's career is highlighted by a 23-year tenure at Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, Michigan, where he served in a variety of positions, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for Whirlpool Europe. Kirincic holds a bachelor's in history and communications from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin and a master's in business administration from Indiana University.
