Who is Peter Ducke?
Peter Ducke is a Sudeten German and a former East German football player. He was born in Bensen, Sudetenland, Germany during World War II. His older brother Roland was also a successful footballer.
Ducke played most of his career for FC Carl Zeiss Jena. On the national level he played for East Germany national team, and was a participant at the 1974 FIFA World Cup. In 1971 he won the award for the GDR Footballer of the Year.
