Priscilla Leung Mei-fun SBS JP is a Legislative Councillor, representing the Kowloon West constituency since 2008. She is also a member of Kowloon City District Council. She is a barrister and an associate professor at the City University of Hong Kong's School of Law where her husband is the Dean.
