Réginald Bélair is a Canadian politician.
Bélair is a former Liberal member of the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Timmins—James Bay from 1997 to 2004 and Cochrane—Superior from 1988 to 1997. Bélair had been an administrator, a manager and a political assistant. Bélair is a former Deputy Chairman of Committees of the Whole, and has been the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Works and the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Supply and Services.
Bélair served as a municipal councillor in Kapuskasing for three years.
