Who was Robert Lebel?
Robert Lebel was a Canadian ice hockey administrator who served as president of both the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association and the International Ice Hockey Federation. He was also a successful mayor, serving as the mayor of Chambly, Quebec. He was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1970. The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League also named one of their divisions after him, along with Frank Dilio.
