Who was Robert Yewdall Jennings?
Sir Robert Yewdall Jennings was Whewell Professor of International Law at Cambridge University from 1955 to 1982 and a Judge of the International Court of Justice from 1982. He also served as the President of the ICJ between 1991 and 1994 and resigned from the Court on July 10, 1995.
