Who is Rodney McGlasson?
Rodney McGlasson lived along Kentucky State Route 8 on November 8,1965. He was at the American Airlines flight 383 crash site before emergency services arrived at the scene. Mr. McGlasson provided me with the most disturbing statement of my study of 383. He gave me a most vivid feeling of the true magnitude of the horror . In a discussion with him at his fruit farm in the Spring of 2005, he essentially said that anyone who was on the scene of the crash that night would "never want anything to do with aviation again" {see Toni Ketchell}.
