Who was Ross Andru?
Ross Andru was an American comic book artist and editor. He is best known for his work on Amazing Spider-Man, Wonder Woman, Flash and Metal Men.
His most frequent collaborator was inker Mike Esposito, with whom he worked on projects over a span of four decades. The two founded three short-lived comic books companies: Mr. Publications, MikeRoss and Klevart Enterprises.
Andru was inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 2007.
