Sid D'Souza is a noted civic activist. Elected as the youngest director ever to sit on the Board of the Cincinnati, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, D'Souza went on to draw national attention to the issues of talent retention, diversity and leadership transition in American cities, often in the context of creative class issues a la Richard Florida.
