Tom Howd

Who is Tom Howd?

Tom has been with Constant Contact® since June 2001, where he

oversees the customer base, providing strategic direction and

leadership to the customer support, compliance, professional services,

and billing organizations. He has more than 20 years of leadership

experience in software development and professional services.

Prior to Constant Contact, Tom served as a director at Direct Hit

Technologies Inc. (now IAC Search and Media), a provider of search

technologies. Before this, he served as director of support and quality

assurance of Workgroup Technology Corporation (now SofTech, Inc.), a

provider of product data management software. He also held leadership

positions in engineering and professional services at Marcam

Corporation (now SSA Global Technologies, Inc.), which provides

software applications for the manufacturing industry.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer science from Williams College.
