Who is Tom Strohman?
Tom Strohman is an American flutist, saxophonist, clarinetist, pianist and songwriter/producer. At the age of six, he began showing an interest in the Piccolo. Tom studied Flute, Saxophone and Clarinet under the instruction of his father, H. Herbert Strohman. He commenced his studies at Lebanon Valley College with Frank Stachow, eventually graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Music Education. Tom has also studied with Phil Woods, Joe Allard, Charles DeLaney, Adolphe Sandole, John Oberbrunner, and Walter Bishop, Jr., in addition to earning a Master of Music in Jazz Performance from Towson University.
