Undrafted in the 1998 NBA Draft, Nesby played in the National Basketball Association with the Los Angeles Clippers and the Washington Wizards.
In Europe he played for Olympia Larissa, Metis Varese, Reflex and Lietuvos Rytas. He last played for the Las Vegas Venom.
