Who is Vasile Miriuță?
Vasile Miriuţă is a Romanian-born naturalized Hungarian retired footballer and current manager of Liga I side CFR Cluj.
This midfielder played nine matches for the Hungarian national team, in which he scored one goal. Famous for his free kicks and tactical cleverness, he promoted in the Bundesliga with Energie Cottbus in 2000, but was released at the end of 2002 despite having been an important player for the club. Most of his time at MSV Duisburg he spent outside the starting eleven.
