Victor Jovica is a Croatian-born professional wrestler and promoter. Along with Carlos Colón, he is the co-founder and promoter of Capitol Sports Promotions, now known as the World Wrestling Council, which, since the 1970s, has been the dominant promotion on the island of Puerto Rico.
