Who is Victoria F. Nourse?
Victoria Frances Nourse is a Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law School. She is also the executive director of the center on congressional studies at Georgetown Law. She was a nominee for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Her nomination was returned to the President on December 17, 2011, pursuant to the rules of the Senate.
