Who was Vince Whibbs?
Vince Whibbs, Sr. KSG was a popular politician and business leader in Pensacola, Florida. Vince served as mayor of Pensacola for an unprecedented seven consecutive terms, serving the city from 1978 to 1991. He was invested as a knight of the Order of St. Gregory the Great by Pope John Paul II in 1995.
