Who is Volodymyr Sterlyk?

Volodymyr Ivanovych Sterlyk is a Ukrainian rower who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1964 Summer Olympics, in the 1968 Summer Olympics, and in the 1972 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Poltava.

In 1964 he was a crew member of the Soviet boat which finished fifth in the eights event.

Fours years later he won the bronze medal with the Soviet boat in the eights competition.

At the 1972 Games in Munich he was part of the Soviet boat which finished fourth in the coxed fours event.
