Who is Yahya Merchant?
Yahya Merchant was an Indian architect. Among his designs are the Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum for Muhammad Ali Jinnah in Karachi, and the Raudat Tahera Mausoleum for Syedna Taher Saifuddin in Mumbai.
He taught architecture at Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, from 1943 to 1961.
