Who is Edward L. Romero?
Edward L. Romero is an entrepreneur and American diplomat who served as the U.S. Ambassador to Spain and Andorra between 1998 and 2001. He was also one of the founders of the Hispanic Cultural Foundation and the National Hispanic Cultural Center in New Mexico, the Advanced Sciences, Inc., the Chamber of Commerce Albuquerque Hispano, the Board of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and of "Valor Telecommunications Southwest, LLC."
