Evan Williams was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s, and '30s, playing representative level rugby union for Wales, and at club level for Aberavon RFC, as a Centre, i.e. number 12 or 13, and playing club level rugby league for Leeds, as a Centre, Stand-off/Five-eighth, or Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. 3 or 4, 6, or 7.
