Who is Jens Boalth?
Jens Boalth was a Norwegian educator. He was born in Christiania. He served as principal of the Bergen Cathedral School from 1756. He co-founded the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra in 1765, and founded the society Det nyttige Selskab in 1774.
