Kenneth Davey OBE, Emeritus Professor, International Development Department, School of Public Policy, University of Birmingham and former Senior Adviser to the Local Government and Public Service reform Initiative of the Open Society Foundation.
Kenneth Davey studied History at Oxford, graduating with an MA. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and was recently awarded the OBE. He was also awarded the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary.
