Who is Louis Armand?

Louis Armand is a writer, visual artist and critical theorist. Born in Sydney, he has lived in Prague since 1994 where he is director of the Centre for Critical and Cultural Theory at the Department of Anglophone Literatures and Culture, Charles University. He is a graduate of the University of New England, Australia, where he served in 1993 as president of the campus student association, UNESA and contributed to an array of literary publications including Infernal Cinders : An Assemblage of Contemporary Writings, which he co-edited with Alan R. Roughley.
