Shirley Weber is a politician from San Diego, California. She is the member of the California State Assembly representing the 79th district. The district includes portions of San Diego and all of Chula Vista, National City, Lemon Grove and La Mesa. She is the first African American from south of Los Angeles to be elected to the California State Legislature. She is a Democrat.
