Who is Te Wharehuia Milroy?
Wharehuia Milroy QSO is a Professor of Māori language. He is a descendant of Ngāi Tūhoe and Ngati Koura tribes. Together with Professor Tīmoti S. Kāretu, he is a Lecturer of the Panekiretanga ō te Reo, an Institute of the Māori Language. He is a recipient of the Maori Creative New Zealand Te Waka Toi award.
