Who is Barry S. Fischer?
Barry Fischer joined Zecco in April 2007 as General Counsel of
the Company, and as Chief Compliance Officer of Zecco Trading. Barry
brings nearly 20 years of on-line and discount brokerage experience to
Zecco, having held numerous senior management positions at four
securities brokerage firms: Brown Company Securities Corp., Mr.
Stock, Inc., JB Oxford Co., and National Clearing Corp. Prior to
moving in-house, Barry was a partner of the law firm of Bernkopf
Goodman LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, with a substantial portion of his
practice devoted to representing securities brokerage firms. Barry
holds the FINRA series 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, and 63 registrations.
