Beverly Vergel was born in Manila, Philippines to actors César Ramirez and Alicia Vergel. She is younger sister to Ace Vergel. She is an experienced director, producer, actor, ramp model and public speaker. She is known as the most experienced and effective acting coach in the entertainment industry. She has been given the "Walk on Water" award for "Best in Craft" and "Best in Business Acumen" in 2007 by ABS-CBN.
She is president of the ACIATEAM Inc. which is located in Makati. ACIATEAM Inc. holds workshops around the country.
