강초현은 대한민국의 올림픽 사격 은메달리스트이다.
대전광역시 출신으로 유성여자중학교 재학 시절 사격을 시작하였으며, 유성여자고등학교 재학 중이던 2000년 시드니 올림픽의 여자 10m 공기소총 종목에서 은메달을 획득하였다.
그 뒤 고려대학교에 진학하여 체육교육을 전공하였으며, 2007년 현재는 갤러리아 사격단 소속으로 활동하고 있다.
