Who was Count Richard Belcredi?
Count Richard Belcredi was an Austrian civil servant and statesman. Belcredi was prime minister in Imperial Austria during 27 July 1865 – 7 February 1867, when he resigned. During 1881-1895, Belcredi was President of the Administrative Court.
