Who is Georgette Sheridan?

Georgette Sheridan was a member of the Canadian House of Commons at the Saskatoon—Humboldt electoral district from 1993 to 1997. She is a lawyer, columnist and businessperson by career.

She was elected to Parliament as a Liberal party candidate in the 1993 federal election then served in the 35th Canadian Parliament. Sheridan left Canadian politics after losing the riding to Reform party candidate Jim Pankiw in the 1997 election.

She was appointed to the Tax Court of Canada in 2003.
