Peter Gröning is a former East German track cyclist. He was born April 29, 1939, in Berlin.
Gröning competed for the SC Dynamo Berlin/Sportvereinigung Dynamo. He won at the 1960 Olympics in Rome the silver medal in 4000-m team pursuit.
