Who is Thomas P. Randt?

Thomas P. Randt serves as Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations at SYSCO Corporation, where he will be responsible for the company's proactive employee relations efforts in North America and will provide support to SYSCO's broadline and specialty operating companies as they become Employers of Choice for current and future associates. Mr. Randt, who is previously served as senior director of employee relations joined SYSCO in 1984 as associate general counsel. In 1998 he progressed to director of employee relations. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.Mr. Randt is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He is a 1974 graduate of Colgate University, located in Hamilton, N.Y., where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in history. He is also a graduate of Southern Methodist University, located in Dallas, Texas, where he was awarded a juris doctor in 1978 and a master of business administration degree in 1979.
