Who is William Berry?

William Berry is an entrepreneur. He won the BT Essence of the Entrepreneur Award in July 6, is Communications Chair of the Entrepreneurs Organisation UK, the UK branch of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and was featured in the Independent as one of Britain’s "Baby Millionaires", and Growing Business as one of the ‘Young Guns 2006’. Berry set up the community website taperrelief.com in response to the Chancellor of the Exchequer's proposed changes to the capital gains tax implemented in April 2008.
