Who is William D. Carroll?
William D. Carroll was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate from 1933 to 1935. In 1944, he was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district, losing to incumbent William H. Stevenson. He was also a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 1924, 1928, 1944 and 1948.
