Who was Saeed Emami?

Saeed Emami was the Iranian deputy minister of intelligence under Ali Fallahian, and an intelligence officer under Ghorbanali Dorri-Najafabadi. Shortly after he allegedly committed suicide, the Islamic government accused him of having independently organized the assassinations of dissidents.
