William de Beaumont, 3rd Earl of Warwick was an English nobleman.
He inherited the earldom from Roger de Beaumont, 2nd Earl of Warwick. On his father's death in 1153, William may have been a minor. William died, probably on Crusade, in 1184, and was succeeded by his brother Waleran de Beaumont, 4th Earl of Warwick.
